By this letter, I would like to inform you that in the period from October 18By this letter, I would like to inform you that in the period from October 18to 20, 2023 the annual conference "Relay Protection and Automation" will beheld at the National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”.The conference is dedicated to the development of digital and intelligentprotection, automation and control of power systems. This year this conferencegot some new features, which should be mentioned:
1. Reports of experts from the BRICS countries (with simultaneoustranslation into Russian and English language).
2. A special section dedicated to the issues of ensuring the Cybersecurity ofPACS throughout the entire life cycle (held jointly with Infotecscompany).
3. In-person master classes on topics related to the use of the Digital Twinof the Power System, the Ampire Cyber Range, as well as solvingpractical problems on setting up and using cryptographic informationsecurity tools based on the SIES ViPNet platform.
4. A meeting of the Scientific Council of the Russian Unified Power Systemwithin the framework of the conference with discussion of issues ofensuring the information security of the protection automation andcontrol systems during the life cycle.
